📦 Shipping & Returns Policy – NamTek Haus

Thank you for shopping with NamTek Haus! We’re committed to delivering custom-made products and a seamless experience. Please review our shipping and return policies below.


✈️ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-designed items may require slightly more time, but we’ll keep you updated along the way.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs and location)

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors outside our control.


📍 Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


💵 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.


🌍 International Shipping & Customs

We ship globally! International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Namtek Haus is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos to assist with resolution.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at contactus@namtekhaus.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return Window: 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds: Issued once the returned item is received and inspected within 5 days of receiving and inspecting the item.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges at this time

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. 

WE DO NOT CONTROL MAIL CARRIER HANDLING.
