Returns and Refunds Policy – NamTek Haus, LLC

At NamTek Haus, LLC, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept eligible return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Free from damage, wear, stains, or signs of use
To start a return request, please contact us at contactus@namtekhaus.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return request.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as NamTek Haus, LLC is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by NamTek Haus, LLC.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, size, model, or design, you may place a new order after completing an eligible return.
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Because these items are created specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns based on customer preference, incorrect item selection, wrong phone model selection, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contactus@namtekhaus.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
