Shipping Policy – NamTek Haus, LLC

Thank you for shopping with NamTek Haus, LLC. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every customer. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Because many of our products are custom-designed, made-to-order, or fulfilled through production partners, some items may require additional processing time during high-volume periods, holidays, or unexpected production delays.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer standard and, when available, expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date the order was placed.
Estimated shipping timeframes:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination, customs, and carrier availability
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, selected shipping method, package weight, and order details.
Orders over $50 USD may qualify for free standard shipping within the United States, when available and shown at checkout.
5. International Shipping and Customs
NamTek Haus, LLC may offer international shipping to select countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
NamTek Haus, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, or local delivery processes.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
NamTek Haus, LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contactus@namtekhaus.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
NamTek Haus, LLC is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier directly.
We will do our best to assist, but final delivery confirmation is determined by the carrier.
8. Damaged Packages During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contactus@namtekhaus.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged packaging
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the information and determine the best available resolution.
